EGYPTAIR Built a New Warehouses for Aeronautical spare Parts
(Expendable ,Tube, Standard Items, and Routable).
The New Warehouses Was
Designed Specifically for these Items with a high Quality
in Building. It has a big Dimensions, The Store are Air-Conditioned
(Mobile Store) and the Floor Type of Area is a High-Tolerance
Concrete Floor, The Lighting System designed to be up to international standards of stores’ Lighting systems.
Warehouses are Compatible
with EASA Requirements, Have an Advantage of Storing the Parts
in a Well Established Stores.
The General Facilities
for the Stores are divided into 8 Groups:

| 1-Three-Tire System: |

The Planned Storage Items of the Three-Tire Shelving System
for Small-Size Spare Parts, Consumable and Standard Items. |

| 2-Narrow-Aisle
Pallet Racking System: |
- The Planned Storage Items of the Narrow-Aisle Racking System
is Designed to include Medium Size Spares These Items will be
Stored on Wooden Pallet of Size
(Width x Depth)(2 x 1200 or 3 x 800 or 2400) x (1000) mm or
800mm.
-The Max. Density of The Spare Part 1000 Kg/m3.
-The Constructor Built a Suitable Rail Guidance System and Protection
Barrier System necessary for the Operation of the Narrow-Aisle
Truck Safety. |

| 3-Wide-Aisle Pallet Racking System: |

- Wide-Aisle Pallet Racking Systems is planned to Store the
very Balky Items ,and Panels.
- Size (Width x Depth) (2 x1200 or 3 x 800 or 2400) x (1000)
mm.
- The Max. Density of the Spare Parts 1000 Kg/m3.
- The Constructor Build a Suitable Column Guard and Protection
Barrier System necessary for the Operation. |

| 4-Vertical Storing Systems: |
|
Vertical Storing System is planned to Store the Tubes Vertically
as recommended from the A/C, Engine Manufacturer. |

| 5-Mobile
Shelving Systems: |
The Mobile Shelving System installed in the Air-conditioned
Store.
The Planned Storage Items of this System include Temperature-Sensitive
Materials Such as Rubber Electronic Parts in every efficient
store/area. |

| 6-Cantilever
System: |

Cantilever system is planned to Store the Longitudinal Spare
Parts.
It Consists of:
Frames: It Comprise of cold formed profile
Section Upright and Leg Return.
Cantilever Arm: It Comprise of Cold formed
Profile with a Welded Connector Max. Load Per Cantilever Level
is 200 Kg.
Wooden Shelf: Play Wood 25 mm Thickness.

Area and Archive Shelving Units: |
Receiving Area is planned to Receive all aeronautical Spare
Parts Just Shipped to EGYPTAIR to be inspected before Storage. |

Handling Equipment: |
Trucks Operations Description Four Types of Trucks will be working
in the main Warehouse:
A. Rising Cabin Order Picker Stacker.
B. Fixed Cabin Swivel reaches Truck.
C. Electric Reach Trucks.
D. Electric Pedestrian Low Lifters. |
