Finance Department Role & Tasks
The financial department plays a dual role:
  • As the intelligent arm of management.
  • In itself a part of management.
This dual role dynamically appears through our major tasks, that we do:
 
  • Managing and controlling our business whether with our suppliers or our customers
  • Financial planning and Cost accounting
  • Internal control and Maintaining all the financial documents and records
  • Cash flow and credit management and Reviewing and analyzing business
    plans, financial statements
  • Leading audit plans and procedures
  • Budgeting our current and investment plans
  • Developing and implementing the financial policies and procedures
  • Analyzing business activities and financial positions in areas of income, expenses
    and earning based on past, present and expected operations
  • Participating in strategic decision making process
  • Preparing the necessary quarterly and annual reports,
    and the balance sheet of the company.
