A. Administration Services & Development
The Administration Services & Development is headed by the HR
Technical Services Manager who reports directly to the Director
Human Resources. He or she is responsible to coordinate and to
perform the directorate’s tasks pertaining to finance, facility
management, information systems and human resources in
accordance to the guidelines issued by the respective
centralized support functions. He or she is also responsible for
the provision of support personnel for all Human Resources
Directorate. |
B. Manpower Resources Department
The Manpower Resources Department is headed by the
Manpower Resources Manager who reports directly to the
Director of Human Resources. He or she is responsible to
coordinate and to perform the directorate’s tasks pertaining
to Manpower Requirements Planning, Personnel Loan/Transfer &
Relocation, Recruitment, Medical Fitness, Performance
Appraisal and Promotion. |
C. Personal Affairs Department
The Personal Affairs Department is headed by the
Manpower Services Manager who reports directly to the
Director of Human Resources. He or she is responsible to
coordinate and to perform the directorate’s tasks pertaining
to Personnel Records, Remuneration and Personnel Services. |
D. Training Department
The Training Department is headed by the Training
Manager who reports directly to the Director of Human
Resources. He is responsible to coordinate and to perform
the directorate’s tasks pertaining to Personnel Training. |
