History

EGYPTAIR entered the field of air transport by the establishment of EGYPTAIR company in 1932 in both domestic and Middle East regional domains.
Later on, Airbus added EGYPTAIR in its list of the best 15 airlines in the business.
 

To cope with the changes in air transport industry,
in 2002 the EGYPATAIR institution was converted into a holding company with other related subsidiary companies in a segregation aiming to attain the highest performance.

EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING company, as a subsidiary of the holding company, is configured to be business-oriented in view of present and future markets
by upgrading and optimizing all its strategies and resources.

EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING relies on trained & committed personnel
in order to maintain the highest quality performance standards in accordance with civil aviation authorities requirement CAA & EASA .
