EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING at Dubai Air show

For the first time, EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING successfully participated at Dubai Airshow 2009 which is 10% bigger than the last blockbuster event of two years ago, with strong demand prompting the building of an additional exhibition hall and more chalets and pavilions.

Running from 15 to 19 November 2009 at Airport Expo, the Dubai Airshow is the foremost aerospace event in the Middle East and the fastest growing airshow in the world. It is now rivaling its Paris and Farnborough counterparts in terms of global stature, according to exhibitors.

The 2009 event –the 11th and largest in the annual series with 890 exhibitors from 47 countries and 40, 000 visitors – is said to have shaken off its regional show status and taken up the mantle of a truly international showcase.

The Dubai Airshow is organised by F&E Aerospace, in conjunction with Dubai Airports, the Government of Dubai and in collaboration with the UAE Armed Forces

Dubai Airshow 2009 was officially opened by Their Highnesses Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Makoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander .
